#Inspired by Space-Out Competition, S. Korea. It began with South Korean artist WoopsYang in 2014, when he experienced a lot of stress at work and wanted a way to unwind.

 

RULES Followed in NLHF Do-Nothing Competition:

1. You Just Have To Do NOTHING at all.

2. Keep Your Cameras On

3. You can Drink Water

4. No Phone, No Talking, Not Doing Anything At All

 

PHASE 1 - First 10 mins

Conclusion:

Everyone achieved 30 minutes of Doing Nothing Successfully. In the process, we all learned to calm down and put a smile on our faces.
